Lorien is working with a leading services organization based in Bradford, currently seeking an IT Support Engineer.

This is a crucial hire as the business seeks someone with 1st line support experience to take ownership of this area and provide a fully-fledged service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support
• Provision of new laptops for new starters and coordinate with HR for inductions
• Log and process support calls and requests, meeting SLA requirements
• Offer comprehensive IT systems support
• Create and maintain key documentation
• Provide trend analysis of Service Desk software and reporting
