Ideally, you'll have around 1-2 years of experience working on a service desk or IT Helpdesk. Your responsibilities will include building and configuring hardware, responding to tickets, logging incidents, providing excellent customer service, and resolving issues in a busy environment—all while ensuring smooth 1st line support operations.
Technically, you should have knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, laptop hardware, and smartphone devices, as well as familiarity with laptop/desktop builds, with a strong customer service focus.
