About the Role: 1st Line Support Agent at 4Com

As a 1st Line Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to our customers to maintain their systems. You will support the technical teams where required and resolve any 1st line faults professionally and promptly.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line telephone support to customers to maintain their systems and ensure satisfaction
  • Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and pass them to the upgrades team
  • Report third-party faults and pass them to the relevant department
  • Support the technical team in other areas as needed
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, logging calls, and database management
Candidate Requirements:
  • Excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Experience with telecoms/IT is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for duties
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in inbound call centers or customer service is preferred; full training will be provided
