What youll do

Working within the Support team the Service Desk Engineer provides technical support and maintenance to all supported IT business users systems hardware and applications. Whilst providing expert technical support the Service Desk Engineer will ensure incidents and requests are resolved in an efficient and professional manner in line with service level commitments.

T his role lends itself to progression and development opportunities within the organisation.

  • Previous IT experience ideally within a service desk environment
  • A good technical understanding including ideally a knowledge of Windows 365 Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure at times
