The Role

Working within the Network Operations team you will be integral to the growth and development of the company’s network, supporting our Customers.

Dealing with customer issues, configuration of devices to be sent out to customers daily.

The successful candidate will need to be proactive, enjoy working independently and part of a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to open a pathway into a technical or contact Centre environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Maintain and update network systems & documentation
  • Promote network security best practices
  • Liaise with other departments maintaining customer support
  • Technical configuration of routers and boosters
  • Working as part of a support team speaking with customers and engineers to resolve issues
  • Preparation of equipment to be posted out to customers
  • Trouble ticket/Customer case management
  • Speaking with customers via telephone and email

Requirements
  • Strong customer support skills and good telephone manner
  • Previous experience of working in a direct customer facing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to progress in a technical role
  • Experience of working with a CRM
  • Network + / Network A+ Qualification (Advantageous)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, DOE
Role Type: Full Time/Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Office based near Blandford Forum, Dorset
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
