Job Title: First line IT support

Location: Northampton - NN4 (office based)

Contract: 6-month fixed term (could be extended/ permanent)

Salary: £28-30,000

A leading provider of innovative solutions who pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and support to their clients are wanting to grow their IT department to support their 250+ users in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.

* Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.

* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.

* Respond to IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.

* Document and track issues, solutions, and work performed using ticketing system.

* Support the IT team with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

* IT graduate or previous experience in an IT support role

* Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
