Role Overview

The role of a 1st Line IT Support Engineer is suitable for someone with basic technical support knowledge or a recent graduate with a relevant IT or computing degree. This may be your first step into a professional IT career or a move from a role that wasn't the right fit.

You should have a decent understanding of troubleshooting, ticketing systems, customer service, and working in an IT support environment.

Candidate Requirements
  • Familiarity with Windows desktop up to version 11
  • Experience with Office 365 deployment and management
