A leading UK training provider is seeking a 1st Line Apprentice Support Engineer in Stafford. The role involves responding to system issues, conducting regular checks, and troubleshooting hardware/software. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, experience with ticketing systems, and a good GCSE in English. Successful candidates may secure a permanent position post-apprenticeship. Training will be provided.

Role Summary:
This is an opportunity to join a UK firm with over 20 years’ experience in various areas of IT, from development and support of their own lines of successful network security and digital display products to running managed services supporting Windows and Linux server environments.
