Job summary

Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a 1st Commis Chef for the May Fair Hotel in London. You will contribute to our Food Production team, ensuring high-quality dishes and assisting in kitchen operations.

We are looking for someone passionate about food, with a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and strong teamwork to support senior chefs and grow within a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
• Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
• Confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.

Responsibilities

• Join our outstanding food and beverage outlets as a 1st Commis Chef.
• Ensure the highest quality of food is prepared and served and assist in overall quality control across the kitchen and sections.
• Be motivated and keen to learn new culinary skills.
