Shooting in Manchester, UK for 1-2 days during the second half of November 2026, we are seeking a capable 1st Assistant Director for an independent music video project. This is a dynamic, high-energy R&B / pop track that features stylized performances and a vibrant, urban aesthetic. We're looking for someone to help keep our small crew efficient and on schedule. You'll be instrumental in managing the set, coordinating talent and crew movements, creating and adhering to call sheets, and ensuring a smooth production flow from prep to wrap. This role requires excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and a calm demeanor under pressure. Applicants should have prior experience as a 1st AD on at least two mid-level or larger projects, ideally including music videos or similar fast-paced productions.

We're a friendly, collaborative team offering a day rate of $150-300, commensurate with experience. Meals and refreshments will be provided on set.
