We are working with a friendly successful IT Support company in the Chichester area who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join their growing business.

As a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service and IT support to a variety of clients. This role is suited for someone with experience in a similar role, used to working in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to inbound support calls passed from the 1st line support, report problems via the helpdesk system, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

You will provide excellent customer service, keep clients updated on issues, and be responsible for hardware and software upgrades with minimal disruption. Site visits and on-site troubleshooting will also be part of your duties.

For this role, you need to be proactive with a can-do attitude, have excellent customer service skills, and a friendly yet professional approach. You should have at least 1 year of experience working for an MSP IT support company.
