Salary: £15,454 to £17,563 (Actual salary for 24 hours per week, 39 weeks per year)

Post Type: Part Time Term Time

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized individual to fill this rewarding role within our School of Engineering (Mechanical and Electronic). You will work closely with students, parents, lecturers, and staff to promote regular attendance and help students achieve their learning goals.

Responsibilities include identifying and addressing issues related to attendance, punctuality, and progress, engaging with 'at risk' learners both in person and over the phone. You will maintain college systems, produce reports, discuss student progress with staff, and organize disciplinary meetings regarding attendance.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a busy environment, good IT skills, and preferably experience in the education sector. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with enthusiasm for working with young people. The role requires the ability to start work by 9.00am each day.
