Job summary
Incommunities in Bradford is recruiting a qualified Electrician (18th Edition) to install, service and maintain electrical installations across our homes. You will diagnose faults, conduct safety checks, and communicate clearly with customers, with a van provided for travel around the Bradford district.
The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, with experience in EV charging, PV, CCTV, and related systems.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition BS7671 knowledge and COSHH awareness.
- Experience with E.V charging, PV, emergency lighting, CCTV or door entry.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Install, service and maintain electrical installations in line with Wiring Regulations BS7671.
- Fault diagnostics and rectification using testing equipment.
- Carry out safety checks and report non-compliant work.
- Communicate work to customers with empathy and clarity.
- Travel across the Bradford district; van provided for work travel.
