Overview

We are seeking a candidate with food product development experience, ideally in licensing, and experience in brand partnerships. You will be an integral part of the EMEA PDC team, focusing on all food and beverage product development aspects of the CP business across local markets. Collaboration with our brand partnerships team on cross-functional F&B initiatives is also expected.

Responsibilities
  • Manage freelancers and external agencies to develop creative tools like mood boards, product mock-ups, and other materials to guide the creative direction for products spanning from infant to adult.
  • Partner with licensees to foster innovation, provide feedback from concept to final product approval, ensuring alignment with brand vision, design quality, and product integrity.
  • Oversee and maintain product approvals efficiently through the internal system.
  • Develop and sustain close relationships with cross-functional teams such as Licensing, MSD, and Retail Marketing to support overall brand strategy.
  • Coordinate with content creators, brand partnerships, BLA, creative marketing, and regional marketing teams to maximize strategic impact.
Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in leading creative vision within food and beverage product development, especially with vertical, entertainment/licensed brands, or retail sectors.
  • A strong innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creating joyful, engaging products.
  • Continuous awareness of F&B trends and NPD, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to shape brand vision and develop compelling products.
  • Understanding of the European retail landscape and competitive brand environment.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with contractors and agencies on creative projects and deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and digital communication skills.
  • Strong project and time management abilities.
  • Multilingual skills are advantageous.
  • Regional experience within EMEA.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
