About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Brand Ambassador to join our UK on-trade team and represent our premium brand, 1883. This role is perfect for someone with expertise in mixology and barista skills, combined with a creative vision and strong interpersonal abilities to develop innovative recipes and drive brand engagement. Candidates will demonstrate established sales & marketing skills together with strong exposure to leading and developing drink brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Customer Training
   • Collaborate with the UK sales team to implement brand strategy and achieve sales targets.
   • Generate leads, expand distribution, and manage key accounts.
   • Support the sales team in meetings with distributors and key accounts.
   • Train clients and partners on the optimal use of 1883 products, providing ongoing technical support.
   • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and industry leaders in the UK.
   • Deliver monthly reports and manage marketing presentations.
2. Brand Promotion & Events
   • Represent 1883 at key regional and national trade events.
   • Conduct engaging brand training sessions and activations across various channels.
   • Foster brand loyalty by organizing and managing trade and consumer events.
   • Lead customer demonstrations in collaboration with marketing and sales teams to showcase the 1883 product range.
   • Actively promote 1883 on social media by sharing engaging content and enhancing brand visibility.
3. Recipe Development & Market Insights
   • Support key accounts and customers in ongoing drink development.
   • Create innovative hot and cold beverage recipes, highlighting 1883’s versatility and quality.
   • Stay updated on beverage market trends to drive product innovation.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Deep understanding of the UK on-trade sector, including trends, key accounts, and consumer behaviors (5+ years of experience preferred).
2. Proven expertise in mixology, coffee, and/or the beverage industry.
3. Strong ability to develop and confidently present creative drink concepts.
4. A proactive, results-driven mindset and passionate approach together with strong sales experience.
5. Proficiency in social media with the ability to create engaging content.
6. Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively.
7. Confident, outgoing, and experienced in public speaking and presentations.
8. Willingness to travel across the UK.
