An opportunity exists for an interim ERP Deployment Lead with a global FMCG client, focusing on fleet management within an ERP transformation program. This strategic role involves collaborating with teams to design and execute core processes and requires applicants with extensive experience in fleet management and eB2B implementations, available immediately in a hybrid work environment.
We are currently seeking an interim ERP Deployment Lead, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, but travel will be required to another office based in the London area, possibly 3-4 times a week. This is a full-time temporary role to start ASAP and to run until 31st Dec 2027, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £88,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to lead the Cabinet (Fleet) Management and eB2B process workstreams within our global ERP transformation programme for Ice Cream. This is a strategic role focused on designing, refining, and executing core processes that will shape the future operating model across multiple markets.
As the Process Lead, you will collaborate with global and local teams to ensure the end-to-end design is future-fit, scalable, and fully aligned with business and IT requirements. Your deep domain expertise in fleet management and eB2B implementation will be critical to delivering success.
