WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist high-level candidates in finding new opportunities on a global scale
• Source and qualify candidates for roles within our niche business areas, conducting telephone interviews
• Review CVs, interview, and prepare candidates for roles
• Create job adverts for relevant platforms
• Attend business meetings and exhibitions with Senior Consultants to generate new business (Europe, USA, China)
• Achieve targets to earn uncapped commissions!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Motivated individuals who are ambitious and eager to advance their careers
• Entrepreneurial, visionary mindset. Previous sales or recruitment experience is not required; just a desire to excel
• Eager to learn about new technologies and clean technology
• A 'hunter' mentality with adaptable communication skills suitable for engaging with candidates and clients at all levels

Location: Throgmorton Avenue, London

Workplace: Office-based 5 days a week (Monday-Thursday 8:15 am - 6 pm, Friday 8:15 am - 4 pm)
