To provide a statutory social work service for children in care and care leavers aged 18-25 years, ensuring all legislative requirements are met. The work with eligible, relevant, former relevant, and qualifying care leavers will be done on a case management basis. This involves the coordination, preparation, and completion of pathway plans, supporting young people preparing to leave independently into adulthood.

Salary: £20.01 per hour
