Pay rate: £20.01 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Children in Care/Care Leavers Team in Birmingham.

The role involves providing a statutory social work service for children in care and care leavers aged 18-25 years, ensuring all legislative requirements are met. Responsibilities include case management with eligible, relevant, former relevant, and qualifying care leavers, coordinating and preparing pathway plans, and supporting young people preparing for independent living.
