Key attributes/experience:
  • Lead complex cases involving disabilities, older persons, and challenging behaviors.
  • Supervise staff on safeguarding, substance misuse, and related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Care Act, MCA, and DoLS.
  • Drive person-centred care and advocacy.
  • Facilitate MDT collaboration and service integration.
  • Manage and improve reablement services.
  • Provide staff training and support.
  • Oversee risk management and safeguarding.
