About The Company

Industry Onsite Testing Pty Ltd is a 100% Queensland-owned workplace compliance business, based in Ipswich and servicing South East Queensland. Specialising in mobile workplace audiometric testing for industry, we’re looking for a motivated, multi-skilled team member for this permanent full-time role.

About the Role

This is a varied position combining business development, customer service, scheduling, and some hands-on audiometric testing while the team grows. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing information and advice about services and ensuring a seamless testing experience for their workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Service, Sales and Business Development
  • Contacting businesses to introduce services and build relationships.
  • Responding to incoming client enquiries, emails and referrals.
  • Preparing quotes and following through with clients.
  • Processing booking confirmations.
Scheduling
  • Coordinating onsite audiometric testing for industry (across client worksites).
Testing & Service Delivery
  • Conducting audiometric tests and recording results (full training provided) when required.
Reporting & Administration
  • Generating screening reports for workers and employers.
  • Completing associated administration to ensure compliance and accuracy.
About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication skills and confidence in talking to industry.
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoys variety in their role – from client contact to hands-on testing.
  • Has a genuine interest in workplace health and safety.
  • Previous sales/business development (business to business) experience.
  • Scheduling and/or WHS experience will be highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Confidence learning and using technology (experience with CRM databases preferred).

A motor vehicle (dual cab ute) for travel to/from work is included in the salary package. There will be a requirement to tow our mobile testing unit to worksites (some experience towing a trailer, horse float, small caravan or similar preferred).
