• Ensure the customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Handle all stock effectively and maintain back-of-house standards
• Support your Management Team in achieving sales targets and operational goals
• Be a role model for our brand through personal presentation standards
• Maintain store visual standards

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Act as a customer service ambassador and work towards KPIs
