Senior Fund Administrator - Belfast

MCS Group is looking for an experienced Fund Administrator to join a well-established financial services provider based in Belfast.

Our client is a long-established financial services provider with several global offices and a strong presence in Belfast. They provide a range of services to the finance world including but not limited to regulatory & compliance, capital markets, corporate & more.

The Role:

As the successful Senior Fund Administrator, you will work effectively with the Head of Department, whilst also working collaboratively with the fund accounting and investment services teams; will be responsible for the following:

• Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure seamless client journeys
• Arranging transfer of funds, opening bank accounts, arranging approval of payments
• Assisting with FX deals, monitoring bank accounts, submitting VAT returns to HMRC
• Completing AML & CDD checks as part of onboardings

The Person:

The successful Senior Fund Administrator will meet the following criteria:

• Fund administration experience in some capacity is desirable, but not essential
• Varied experience across VAT returns, AML, CDD, Invoicing, opening bank accounts, etc.
• Experienced in running day-to-day administration operations within financial services
• Tech-savvy
