Salary: £29,000 - £36,200 (£4,700 overtime + £2,500 commission).

Role Overview: The Field Service Engineer role involves connecting people with what matters most by installing and maintaining broadband, TV, and phone services, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. You'll work outdoors, travel to different locations, and experience varied daily tasks. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training and mentorship are provided. The role offers a 4-day workweek and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing and maintaining broadband, TV, and phone services at customers' homes.
  • Resolving technical issues promptly to ensure customer connectivity.
