Echo Personnel Limited is seeking reliable Chilled Line Pickers to join our client’s team in Corby. The role operates in a busy production and warehouse setting with a chilled environment around 6°C.

This is a part-time position for Fridays and Saturdays, with start times between 08:00 and 12:00 and shifts lasting 10–12 hours. Key responsibilities include picking on a production line, maintaining quality checks, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Previous picking, warehouse or production experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
• Flexible with start times and available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment (~6°C).
