Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Keyholder in Newcastle, UK to bring the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing when management isn’t present. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, motivate the team to hit KPIs, and maintain top visual standards while supporting stock deliveries and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and modelling brand values.
• Coach Stylists to boost product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Lead store operations during key trading hours, including opening/closing procedures.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership and ops duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Keyholder, you play a critical role in bringing the Levi's® brand to life on the shop floor. You'll lead by example, support the wider team, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during your shifts - including opening and closing when management are not present.

• Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures
• Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties
• Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times
• Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high performing team environment
