Job summary

Pinson TM Limited are recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in Bristol. The roles involve working with direct labour and sub-contract teams to meet targets while maintaining high safety standards.

Duties include setting up temporary traffic lights, managing traffic flow, reading CAD drawings, and reporting to the site or operations manager. Candidates should have relevant experience, a 12D M5 Lantra qualification, and the ability to pass drugs and alcohol checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management roles is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Must pass Drugs & Alcohol check and have right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• Ensuring safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and RAMS.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
