Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. You will work with direct and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities include setting up traffic lights, monitoring traffic flow, and ensuring public safety—while adhering to RAMS and safety standards. Candidates should have the 12D M5 Lantra qualification, be able to pass drugs and alcohol screening, and have right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the listed positions, including M5 Operative.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Commitment to safe working practices and RAMS compliance.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights as required to manage traffic flow.
• Control traffic at temporary lights and ensure public compliance.
• Report issues to site or operations manager promptly.
• Ensure team works safely and efficiently to meet targets.
• Assist with loading/unloading of materials when needed.
• Identify and report plant or vehicle defects.
