Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to work across the UK. The role involves setting up and managing temporary traffic controls, reading CAD drawings, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Applicants should haveLantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications, be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check, hold the right to work in the UK, and possess a full UK driving licence (max 6 points).

Competenze

• Experience in traffic management roles with ability to set up traffic control.
• Be able to pass Drugs & Alcohol checks.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points).

Mansioni

• Setting up temporary traffic lights on roads as required.
• Managing traffic flow at temporary signals and ensuring public compliance.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within required timeframes.
• Reporting plant and vehicle defects to site or operations management.
• Ensuring safety and Health & Safety compliance at all times.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking both operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• M1 / M2 Operative

Scope of Role:

Qualified M1/M2 Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties may include:

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and
  Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.

Skills & Experience

• Right to Work in UK
