Job Description: 12ab Traffic Management Operative, Tring

Salary: Up to £144.14 per shift depending on location, skills, and experience, plus company bonus, benefits, and overtime opportunities.

Plus a £500 welcome bonus in the first pay for all qualified Operatives! We welcome applications from veterans.

Work Schedule:

48 hours per week, night shifts, with additional overtime available.

Role Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management equipment on high-speed roads
• Assisting and guiding trainees

Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of Chapter 8
• Full driving license with no more than 6 points; bans must be expired for at least 5 years
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
• Adaptability, flexibility, meticulous attention to detail
