Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. We require experience in traffic management and the ability to drive an IPV, read CAD drawings, and brief crews.

Successful candidates will hold Lantra approved qualifications, pass drug and alcohol checks, and have a valid UK driving licence with up to 6 points. This is a full-time role working on traffic management sites.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications (required).
• Must pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in the UK is essential.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and operate traffic management equipment safely.
• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites in line with NHSS.
• Deliver daily site briefings to the crew and supervisors.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Duties may include:

Driving an IPV.

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.

Deliver site daily briefings.

Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.

Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.

Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.

Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.

Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.

Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.

Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.

Complete Risk Assessments.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
