Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to support major UK traffic management projects. You will drive an IPV, set up and maintain sites in line with NHSS, and deliver daily site briefings.

You will read CAD traffic management drawings, adhere to RAMS, complete risk assessments and vehicle checks, and report near misses to TSCO or Operations Managers while working with your crew to ensure high-quality work plans.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

Duties may include:
