Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves setting up, operating and dismantling traffic management sites in line with NHSS, delivering daily crew briefings and ensuring safety and quality on every site.

The position requires Lantra approved traffic management qualifications, the ability to read CAD drawings, and a full UK driving licence with up to six points.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Drugs & Alcohol check clearance required.
• Right to Work in UK is mandatory.
• Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings to crew.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Complete RAMS, risk assessments and vehicle checks.
• Report near misses to TSCO or Operations Managers.
• Safely manage unloading/loading of Traffic Management equipment.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman

Duties may include:

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.

Deliver site daily briefings.

Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.

Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.

Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.

Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.

Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.

Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.

Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.

Complete Risk Assessments.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
