Location: Stafford, ST16 1UF

Hours: 48 hours per week, night shift, with available overtime

Salary: Potential earnings from £186.30 to £197.32 per shift, plus benefits and overtime

Your Role

As a 12ab Traffic Management Foreman, you will:

• Assist and advise managers to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee and coordinate a crew, ensuring safety and project objectives
• Conduct traffic counts, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and monitor near misses
• Support and mentor trainees

Requirements

Essential:

• 12b LTMO qualification
• Knowledge of Chapter 8 regulations
• Full driving license with no more than 6 points
• Pass drug and alcohol testing
• Positive attitude and attention to detail

Desirable:

• 12a Foreman qualification
• IPV qualification
• HGV license
