Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK to support growing workloads with leading traffic management clients. This role involves hands-on site duties across various sites and requires a commitment to safety and quality on every job.

You will set up and maintain traffic management sites, deliver briefings, read CAD drawings, perform risk assessments, and ensure NHSS compliance on site. A valid UK driving licence and RAMS experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Candidate must pass Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Complete Risk Assessments and daily vehicle checks.
• Ensure Health & Safety at Work Act compliance and RAMS adherence.
• Report near misses to TSCO or Operations Managers.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman

Duties may include:

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Have a competent understating and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
