Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the Greater London area. The role involves setting up, maintaining and removing traffic management sites in NHSS compliance, delivering daily briefings, and ensuring safety on site.

You will be required to read CAD traffic management drawings, follow RAMS, report near misses, and work with the crew to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

Responsibilities

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman

Duties may include:

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Have a competent understating and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to Work in UK
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
