FM Conway is looking for a 12AB Operative

to join us based at our Heathrow depot on a full-time, permanent basis working a mixture of days and nights. As our 12AB Operative, you will install, maintain, and de-install traffic management on high-speed roads.

The duties of the 12AB Operative role will include:

• Installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management
• Working as part of a team to maintain high-quality work plans
• Ensuring works are carried out safely, adhering to PPE policies
• Liaising with colleagues, road users, and members of the public
• Driving company 3.5t vehicles, including carrying out defect checks

What skills and experience do you need?

Previous experience installing, managing, and de-installing traffic management on high-speed roads is required. You should hold a TTMBC, 12 AB Lantra ticket, and have a full clean UK driving licence.
