FM Conway is looking for a 12AB Lead Traffic Management Operative - Nights to join us based at our Chelsfield depot on a full-time, permanent basis working nights. As our 12AB Lead Traffic Management Operative, you will install, maintain, and de-install traffic management on high-speed roads.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a crew, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities
• Ensuring works are carried out safely, adhering to PPE policies, correctly risk assessing jobs, and following site-specific drawings
• Being accountable for health and safety, addressing issues that arise during daily operations
• Maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance, removals, incidents, accidents, and client documentation
• Upskilling TTMBCs and 12AB Operatives for career progression within traffic management

Requirements:

• Previous experience installing, maintaining, and de-installing traffic management on high-speed roads
• Experience as a Traffic Management Operative
• Strong leadership skills
• TTMBC certification
• 12AB Lantra ticket
• Full UK clean driving license
