Salary: £29,000 - £36,200 per year

Location Requirements: Must reside in one of the following postcodes: WN1, WN2, WN3, WN4, WN5, WN6, WN7, WN8, PR1, PR2, PR4, PR5, PR6, PR7, PR25, PR27, FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6, FY7, FY8.

Join our team of Field Service Engineers (internally known as Field Technicians) and earn a competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime (average £4,700) and performance-based commission of £2,500.

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals. No prior experience required; we will train you and assign a mentor to support your success! After training, enjoy a better work-life balance with our 4-day workweek (37.5 hours, Monday to Saturday), with shifts of 7.5 and 10 hours.

Each day brings new challenges and learning opportunities.

  • Become an expert in installations, fault repairs, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Diagnose errors and technical issues, and determine suitable solutions.
  • Document processes following company protocols.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and share information organization-wide.
