Job summary

The role focuses on one-to-one support, helping the pupil engage with learning, build confidence and develop social and emotional skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with primary-aged children, 1:1 support or additional needs, and be patient, nurturing and adaptable, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
