Moore Teachers is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 pupil with 1:1 assistance in a judged Outstanding-rated primary school. The role focuses on academic, social, and emotional development within a supportive SEND-enabled environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with primary-aged children, be patient and adaptable, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills to help pupils reach their full potential.

Formación

• Experience working with primary-aged children.
• Experience providing 1:1 support or supporting pupils with additional needs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil.
• Supporting the child's academic, social, and emotional development.
• Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team to ensure positive outcomes.
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence in learning.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
