Our internships provide first-hand insights into processes, systems, and practices that ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.

Partner with the best

You will participate in focused training, team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager to ensure a valuable learning experience. Coaching and mentoring will be provided to help you complete assignments and develop your skills.

You will also have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with Baker Hughes' Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and our culture, including our strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As an intern, you will be responsible for:

1. Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
2. Learning internal software to assist with project completion.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact with global business leaders.
4. Applying HSE standards and procedures to ensure compliance.

Fuel your passion

To succeed in this role, you should:

1. Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM, or a related business field.
2. Have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent).
3. Be fluent in English, both oral and written, with effective communication skills.
4. Be legally authorized to work in the country of application without sponsorship or restrictions.
