Our internships offer first-hand insights into processes, systems, and practices aligned to meet customer needs through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.

Partner with the best

You’ll participate in focused training, team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager to ensure a valuable learning experience. Coaching and mentoring will be provided to help you complete assignments and develop your skills.

You will also become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and the culture of Baker Hughes, as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As an intern, you will be responsible for:

• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
• Learning internal software to assist with projects and tasks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact with global business leaders
• Applying HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance

Fuel your passion

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or other STEM or business-related fields
• Have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
• Be fluent in English, with effective communication skills
• Have the legal right to work in the country of application without sponsorship or restrictions
