Job Description

You will be a Senior HR Advisor for the Wealth Management business in the British Isles. Your role involves developing engaging experiences to attract, develop, reward, engage, and retain talent. You will advise on people and culture to support the business strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engagement: Implement and drive initiatives to attract and retain top talent; analyze employee engagement survey results; work with management to maintain momentum; act as HR contact for engagement initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with HR Business Partner on talent initiatives; identify talent pipelines; develop succession plans.
  • Business Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and suggest improvements to systems and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Support managers with performance cycles; coach on underperformance issues.
  • Leadership Development: Assist in assessing and developing employee capabilities; coordinate with Learning & Development.
  • Diversity: Promote diversity and inclusion; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
  • Compensation: Partner with leaders on compensation processes; review roles and market data.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a busy HR department with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor, partnering with the business and advising on employee relations.
  • Experience working with senior leadership.

Preferred: Experience in a matrix environment.
