Job summary

Tate & Lyle is recruiting for a Production Planning role to own the Master Production Schedule and batch preparation, using SAP and internal systems. You will align with Operations to keep lines productive and responsive to changes in demand and supply, ensuring smooth material flow and KPI attainment.

We seek someone with strong forecasting, planning, and FMCG experience, and with excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave, based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Solid mathematical and analytical capabilities.
• Experience forecasting and planning in FMCG environments.
• Experience with SAP planning systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert orders into a Master Production Schedule (MPS) and produce daily plans.
• Coordinate with Operations to optimize production and meet KPIs.
• Adjust schedules in response to delays, breakdowns, and urgent orders.
• Maintain compliance with allergen, quality and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure material availability.
