Job summary

Nestlé’s 12-month Manufacturing Industrial Placement Scheme invites penultimate-year students to immerse themselves in the daily operations of our factories. You will support production lines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to innovative solutions under the guidance of experienced mentors.

You will learn TPM, continuous improvement practices, and problem-solving techniques while rotating through different manufacturing roles.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student in Food Science or Manufacturing/Engineering (related degree).
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of projects in factory operations to deliver results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle challenges and identify opportunities.
• Engage in problem-solving sessions and analyse issues to propose actionable improvements.
• Rotate through different manufacturing roles to develop soft skills like communication, leadership and teamwork.
