Crédit Agricole CIB invites applications for a 12 Month Internship in Leveraged Finance in London. The role focuses on advising and executing leveraged loans and high yield financings for private equity backed and corporate clients, with work across live transactions and portfolio management support.

As an intern you will perform market and credit analyses, help prepare marketing materials, and assist senior staff with financial modelling, KYC, and deal documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• Numeracy is shown as a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market, sector, transactional and pricing analyses for leveraged finance opportunities.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and pitches for private equity and corporate clients.
• Model financials for transactions and assess credit aspects with the team.
• Review confidentiality agreements with Legal and draft summaries for new opportunities.
• Support KYC onboarding and data entry for Crédit Agricole monitoring tools.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, account analysis and credit application drafting.
