Job Description:
What is the opportunity? This is a 12-month FTC maternity cover at VP/Associate Director level. This full-time role requires a minimum of 4 days in the office per week, with an option to work one day from home.
What will you do?
- Work hands-on in SFMC and Hubspot to build, manage, and optimise customer journeys. Focus on technical setup, automation, and data use; no copywriting or design involved.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including creation, testing, deployment, data segmentation, and post-campaign analysis.
- Use customer data to personalise communications and enhance engagement.
- Develop email strategies for customer retention and lead generation based on lifecycle analysis and lead scoring.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign performance.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with company policies and data privacy rules.
- Coordinate with vendors and teams to troubleshoot and maintain campaign workflows.
Campaigns:
- Formulate and execute digital campaigns aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Identify effective tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, develop dashboards, and prepare reports.
- Build effective distribution lists and lead scoring capabilities, working with sales channels.
- Oversee external agency work.
Analytics:
- Use analytics tools and dashboards to provide insights and reports on website, social, email, and search performance.
Subject matter expert:
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, especially email marketing.
- Evaluate new technologies and provide digital support across the business.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Extensive digital marketing experience.
- Passion and drive for digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills, including managing budgets, deadlines, and ROI.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with content management systems and HTML.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and LinkedIn ads.
- Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and communicate campaign success.
Nice-to-have:
