Morrisons Estates Management invites you to a dynamic 12-month industrial placement at Head Office (Hilmore House, Bradford). You'll support strategic asset management across 800+ properties and partner with the Property Finance team to track income and costs.

Based in Bradford, you will develop Excel-based insights, engage stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing property projects while learning within a high-performance estate division that serves thousands of colleagues and customers daily.

Formación

• Currently studying a Real Estate or closely related degree discipline.
• Strong logical thinker with intermediate proficiency in Excel and a sharp attention to detail.
• A natural team player with the confidence to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all business levels.
• Experience in data management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Asset Management: Dive into initiatives and projects that protect and enhance the value our 800+ commercial properties (including supermarkets, distribution centres, and manufacturing sites).
• Commercial Negotiation: Get practical experience with significant commercial processes like lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Financial Oversight: Partner with our Property Finance team to manage, track, and optimize millions in income and operational costs, including service charge budgeting and reconciliation.
• Operational Command: Oversee day-to-day property functions, ensuring the integrity of our critical lease event database and driving key ad-hoc property projects.
