Job description

We are working with a global services provider in their search for a commercial contracts lawyer, or experienced commercial contracts paralegal, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The services this business offers its global customer base is truly overarching, and the role will see you assisting the senior commercial lawyers on commercial contracts with customers and suppliers, managing internal stakeholders, and dealing with generalist commercial law matters.

The role is open to a commercial contracts lawyer or an experienced commercial contracts paralegal. What is key is that you are able to draft, review and negotiate B2B commercial contracts with a good degree of autonomy.

The opportunity is to begin as soon as possible, so you will either be finishing your current contract shortly, or if you are in a permanent role then you will be on a no more than a 1 month notice period.

The role is fully remote and the salary is £50,000 plus pension & holidays.
